Why collect payments in WhatsApp?

Step 1: Connect your payment method
In Convo, go to Settings → Payments. Link your UPI ID or connect Razorpay. Once verified, you can create payment links from any conversation.
Step 2: Send a payment link in chat
Open a conversation, click the payment icon, enter amount and description, and send. The customer gets a link that opens their UPI app. Average time to payment: under 5 minutes.
Step 3: Track and remind
See who has paid and who hasn’t. Convo can send a gentle reminder if a link is unpaid after 24 hours — all from one place.
